Box Score CLARKSVILLE, Arkansas - The UT Tyler Women's Soccer team took on Ozarks on Saturday afternoon. The Patriots won the game 3-0, moving to 9-2-1 overall.
After 40 minutes of scoreless action, Landri Edward's gave UT Tyler a 1-0 advantage in the 41st minute.
Mariah Harmon played a ball off her back heel which Edward's would net, giving UT Tyler the 1-0 lead before halftime.
24 minutes after her assist, Harmon would net a goal of her own in the 64th. Harmon played a ball from
Kiersten Ehler to the back of the net, giving the Patriots a 2-0 lead.
Just five minutes later, UT Tyler pulled ahead 3-0 with a 69th minute goal from
Miranda Reyna. Harmon picked up her second assist of the afternoon playing a ball to Reyna who broke away from the Eagle defenders, giving UT Tyler a 3-0 lead with 20 minutes left in regulation.
Maya Dossing picked up the shutout, stopping two Eagle shots on goal en route to the win.
UT Tyler returns to action at home on Thursday, October 25 against Louisiana College. Play is set to kick-off at 5:00 p.m.
