Â
In their first match in 2015, UT Tyler put up a 10-0 victory. UT Tyler goes into the match 5-1-1 on the year and are 2-1-1 against ASC opponents. They are led by Kaelyn Steitz who has recorded five goals this season with no other Patriot having scored more than twice.
Â
McMurry comes into the game 2-6 on the season and are riding a four game losing streak.

Men's Soccer
The men's team is also having a solid start to their season at 6-1-1 overall. The Patriots are currently on a seven game unbeaten streak which started with six straight wins before a tie against Concordia on Saturday.
Â
The last two meetings against the War Hawks have been nail biters. Last season the two teams played a scoreless tie and in 2016 Mcmurry squeaked out a 1-0 victory. UT Tyler's last win against the comets came in 2015 when they won 6-0. The Patriots are led by Lucas Pereira with six goals on the season. Mark Guevara has been a solid passer for UT Tyler with three assists this year.
Â
McMurry has a record of 2-2-3 in 2018, but have been on the tough end of a lot of close games. Five of their seven games this season have been decided by one goal or less.
