TYLER, Texas – Adam Cohen and Joe Vann, The University of Texas at Tyler Women's Tennis Coaches, announce that Gaini Ibrasheva, Dnyanada Patil, and Chloe Dix have signed to play for the Patriots starting in the fall of 2019.

Ibrasheva is a native of Kazakhstan. Currently holding a 9.42 UTR, Ibrasheva would be one of the highest rated players in the newly aligned Lone Star conference. "I am excited to join this program, as I believe that UT Tyler can equip me with required knowledge and expertise for my future career in pharmacology. I hope that I can help the school during provisional period and make a positive impact on the athletic results of the team," says Ibrasheva. "We are very excited for Gaini's arrival in the Fall. Like many of the other student athletes we have signed, Gaini was highly sought after. We know she is going to be a student athlete that the entire community is going to be proud of and undoubtedly will be a key contributor to our future success." says Coach Cohen.

Patil is a native of India. Currently holding a 9.27 UTR, Patil would also be one of the highest rated players in the newly aligned Lone Star conference. Patil comes from a family of incredible tennis players and she is no exception. "I have no doubt Dnyanada is going to love her new tennis family here at UT Tyler," says Coach Cohen, "like the other athletes we have signed, Dnyanada has been incredible through the recruiting process. She has shown nothing but excitement and optimism to meet her new teammates and come be a part of this program."

Dix is a native of Frisco, TX. A highly sought after two star recruit that will be a great addition to the UT Tyler program. "Chloe is a player that we feel has unlimited potential to grow into a dominant Lone Star conference player," says Coach Cohen, "she is a player we had on our radar for a while and we are very fortunate that she chose our program over others." Chloe made her official visit back in the fall of 18 and made a huge impression on the entire program. "We all knew that she would be an incredible addition to our tennis family while she was here on her visit," says Coach Cohen.

"We are very lucky to have such a strong base of women as it is. The addition of these three women to our program is something that we are extremely excited about," says Coach Cohen.

The UT Tyler coaching staff plans to announce more female additions to the program in the near future, so stay tuned!
