About Oklahoma Christian: The Eagles are currently 3-7 on the season, in a five-team, tie for eighth place in the 14-team Lone Star Conference.  The Eagles' early-season schedule is the league's toughest, though, as they opened with back-to-back three-game series against Texas A&M-Kingsville (9-1) and Angelo State (9-1), and now face a 9-1 UT Tyler squad.  As a team, Oklahoma Christian ranks sixth in the LSC in batting (.279), 10th in ERA (5.93), and 13th in fielding (.936).  The Eagles' pitching staff is led by the conference's ERA leader, senior LHP Gabe Rodery, who is 1-2 with a 0.41 ERA on the season, surrendering just one earned run in 22.0 innings.
