The win starts off the final week of the regular season for the Patriots on a high note and secures head coach
Stefani Webb's 200
th win as head coach of UT Tyler. Webb now holds a 200-95-34 career record in 19 seasons as head coach of the Patriots and a 290-141-41 career record in 27 seasons as a head coach in collegiate soccer.
UT Tyler took nine shots in the first 45 minutes of action on Wednesday evening against St. Edward's and finally found the back of the net in the 51
st minute. Mullins put away a botched transfer from defender to goalkeeper in the box for the Hilltoppers to give the Patriots the advantage.
Both UT Tyler keepers combined for six saves in the effort to secure the clean sheet and the win for the Patriots. UT Tyler moves to 3-4-9 on the year and 1-3-7 in Lone Star Conference play with the victory.
The Patriots out-shot the Hilltoppers by a 13-to-12 final tally in the match. Both teams put six shots on target.

UT Tyler will wrap up the 2023 regular season at home on Friday night against Midwestern State. Kick-off is slated for a 6 p.m. start.
