RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA – UT Tyler men's golf stayed in the same position after a second round 281 as they are tied for 12
th with one round to play at Victoria Club in the NCAA South Central/West Regional Tournament.
The Patriots shot a seven under 281 on Friday in another low scoring effort by the field as the field average remained below par for a second straight day.
The efforts were led by senior

th on the individual leaderboard. Campbell shot a blistering 31 on the front nine before an even par effort on the final nine solidified his round.
Gage Burnham and

Burnham was even par on his front nine, but a stretch of five under par in four holes on the back nine in between a pair of bogeys allowed him to climb the leaderboard. Naeger made his hay on the front nine, carding a 32 before a one over par 38 on the back nine.
The scoring was rounded out by
Luke Emerson, who shot a one over par 73. He made four birdies and a pair of bogeys on the front nine, but three bogeys derailed the round on the final nine.
The Patriots as a team sit just two shots outside the top 10 and eight shots outside the top five heading into Saturday's final round.
