High School: Graduate of Hallsville High School… Lettered in basketball, football, and baseball… Earned 1st Team All-State honors twice… Named 1st Team All-District and also earned All-District honors in football… Played travel ball for Tyler Grays and 5 Star.

Personal: Son of Faith Gore and Daren Chappell… Has two sisters and one brother… Majoring in Business Management… Favorite hobby is golf… Favorite food and drink are quesadillas and Dr Pepper… Enjoys traveling to the mountains and exploring places outside of the country… Chose UT Tyler because it felt like the perfect place to grow, be part of a family atmosphere, and continue doing what he loves while contributing to the team… Favorite thing about UT Tyler is his teammates, coaches, and the supportive environment within the program.
