Posted four top 30 runs on the season... Finished a season best 13th at the Mustang Derby... Finished 30th at the Lone Star Conference Championships in a season best 26:20.1... Placed 137th at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships.
AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021)
Recorded two top 25 finishes on the season including a 6th place finish at the Watson Collegiate Invitational with a time of 25:42.2... Placed 24th at the LSC Championships with a time of 26:46.6.
AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2020)
Recorded two top 15 finishes including a season-best 4th place run at the East Texas Shoot-Out with a time of 25:35.1... Placed 60th at the LSC Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN (2018)
Gipson’s top performance of the season came in his first collegiate meet when he finished the Chile Pepper XC Festival in 27:26.10. Two weeks later, he finished fourth at the ETBU Tiger Invite and placed sixth at the ASC Championships.
