Biography
2018-19: Murphy was one of three Patriots to compete in all eight tournaments and 23 rounds over the course of the season. He was third on the team with a 74.65 strokes per round average and finished at par or better seven times during the season. His season-low 69 came in the opening round of the Rhodes College Fall Classic where he would finish with a 215 (-1). At the end of the season, Murphy was named All-ASC Honorable Mention.
2017-18: In his first collegiate season, Murphy competed in a pair of tournaments and six rounds. He averaged 75.33 strokes per round and carded a season low 72, his lone round at par.
