High School: Graduated from Mesquite HS in Mesquite, Texas... Also played for Dallas Texans Academy... All-State defender his senior year... Dallas Morning News Player and Defensive Player of the Year.

Personal: Son to Jose and Erika... One of six total siblings, three brothers and two sisters... Construction Management major... Loves traveling to El Salvador and doing DIY projects... Favorite hobby is hiking and favorite food is papusas... Chose UT Tyler because it feels like a home away from home and his favorite thing about UT Tyler is the beautiful campus.
