As a Freshman (2025): Made two appearances for the year and played 26 total minutes... Played a season-high 16 minutes against Colorado Christian on 9/13.

Personal: Son of Ana and Jose... Has three siblings, Kimberly, Bryan and Kaily Rivas... Majoring in finance... Attended BF Terry High School... Played soccer... Named District MVP three times... Played club soccer with RISE... Has traveled to his home country of El Salvador many times and considers it a beautiful place, and has met Lionel Messi, although he didn't get a picture with him... Enjoys reading... Favorite meal is chicken and potatoes and his favorite drink is Dr Pepper Cream Soda Zero Sugar... Chose UT Tyler because of the people and culture... Favorite thing about UT Tyler is the beautiful campus and the people who make it even better.
