Erin Blind has finished her second year with the UT Tyler strength and conditioning staff following the 2023-2024 season. Blind serves as the primary coach for track & field, cross country, softball, tennis, spirit/STUNT, and men's soccer.
Blind graduated with her Bachelor in Movement and Exercise Science in December of 2013 and later graduated with her Master in Kinesiology in May of 2015 both of which from the University of Northern Iowa.
Before coming to UT Tyler, Blind worked as a Sports Performance Coach at Jubilee Academies Highland Hill, where she trained students in the General Physical Preparedness Curriculum. From 2016-2019, Blind worked at Limestone University where she developed and implemented the strength and conditioning programs for men's and women's tennis, men's and women's cross country, acrobatic and tumbling, field hockey, softball, women's volleyball, cheer, and dance.
Blind has also acheived Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) status, and is also a professional member for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
