Jeremey Bernard

Jeremey Bernard will enter into his fourth season with the UT Tyler women’s soccer coaching staff after joining the program in 2019 as an assistant to head coach Stefani Webb during the Patriots’ first season of Lone Star Conference and NCAA Division II competition.
 
Bernard has coached in a variety of roles across college, high school, club, and Olympic development programs for 25 years.  Most recently, he served as the director of coaching for FC Dallas East Texas, where he handled daily operations for the largest youth competitive soccer club in East Texas with over 700 members.
 
He served as head women’s soccer coach at University of the Ozarks from 2001-03, and he also has collegiate coaching experience as associate head women’s soccer coach at University of Central Arkansas (2004-08) and assistant men’s soccer coach at Hendrix College (2008-11).  During that time, Bernard was the Olympic Development Program Arkansas assistant director of coaching (2006-08).  Bernard was also the varsity girls soccer coach at All Saints Episcopal in Tyler from 2011-15.
 
Bernard received the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America) Advanced National Diploma.
 
Bernard played collegiately at Montana State in 1999 after he played two seasons at the junior college level for Salt Lake Community College.  He was also a member of the 1998 Utah men’s under-23 select team.
 
Bernard graduated from University of the Ozarks in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in general studies, and he added a master’s degree in adult education from University of Central Arkansas in 2008.
