Taylor Webb is entering her first season in 2023 as the Director of Soccer Operations for the UT Tyler women's soccer program.
Webb recently completed a successful four-year playing career at Central Arkansas as well as a professional stint in Norway. Webb played for FIL/Senja in Finsness, Norway, where she served as both a player and a coach and helped lead refugee training.
At Central Arkansas, Webb was a four-year contributor to the program in which she was named the ASUN Defensive Pre-Season Player of the Year in 2022 and a four-year member of the leadership program for the team. Webb was named to the Preseason All-Southland Conference team as a sophomore in 2019, and was nominated as a Female Athlete of the Year finalist across all sports in 2018.
Webb gained valuable coaching experience for the Arkansas United Soccer Club during which team she held individual skill sessions for ages 7-14 year olds.
She graduated with her Master's of Business Administration degree from Central Arkansas in May of 2023 after earning a Bachelor's Degrees in Insurance and Risk Management for Personal Finance in December of 2021.
