Stefani Webb will enter her 21st season as head coach of the women's soccer program at UT Tyler and 29th season overall as a collegiate head coach in 2025.

In her 20-year career at UT Tyler, Webb owns a 210-100-37 record and led the program to 10 or more wins in every season during the Division III era from 2005-2018. She earned the 200th win of her UT Tyler career with a 1-0 win over St. Edward's on Oct. 31st, 2023.

The Patriots qualified for the Division III National Tournament in both 2014 and 2015 under Webb's direction and claimed the 2015 American Southwest Conference Regular Season Championship. 

She has mentored 98 All-Conference selections, 24 All-Region honorees, and two All-Americans in Morgan Mozingo and Chestley Strother in 2015. Prior to being named head coach at UT Tyler in 2005, Webb served as Head Coach and Senior Woman's Administrator at the University of Dallas for eight seasons (1997-2004). 

Webb had continued to establish success for the program into the Division II era in the Patriot's first five seasons of competition in the Lone Star Conference.

In 2024, the Patriots took a big leap in play, posting their best season of the Division II era at 10-4-3. They went 5-4-3 in LSC play and missed the LSC Postseason Tournament on a points per game tiebreaker by just 0.12 points. Brooke Mullins was named the program's first LSC Academic Athlete of the Year and also earned All-LSC honors. She was joined by teammate Natalie Jones on the All-LSC list, and Jones was also named to the United Soccer Coaches and D2CCA All-Region teams.

The 2023 season saw the Patriot's finish with a 3-5-9 overall record and a 1-4-7 record in a loaded Lone Star Conference. Webb's team was defeated just once on their field, finishing the year with a 1-1-5 record at Citizen's 1st Bank-Perkins Soccer Complex, and had a pair of player's recognized with All-Lone Star Conference accolades at season's end in Sydnee Garner and Alexia Moreira.

The Patriots put together the best start in program history in 2022, beginning their campaign with a perfect 5-0 record against non-conference competition. Webb led the Patriots to their highest win total in the Division II era with a record of 7-5-5 at the conclusion of 2022. UT Tyler appeared as one of ten teams marked as under consideration for the NCAA South Central Regional Tournament in the first edition of the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Rankings. 

Senior Samaris Alvarado and Sydnee Garner were named All-Lone Star Conference Second Team selections, and Brooklyn Robinson to the LSC All-Academic Team to comprise the postseason accolades for the program. 

UT Tyler's first season as full-fledged Division II members in 2021 saw the program push three top Lone Star Conference foes to overtime throughout the regular season. Webb led a Patriot roster that had 52 of the team's 59 points scored by either freshman or sophomores into extra time battles with West Texas A&M, Texas Woman's and Midwestern State, three top sides within the ultra-competitive Lone Star Conference. The Patriots went 5-9-1 overall in that 2021 season, and featured an All-Lone Star Conference Third Team and All-Freshman Team selection in Faith Adje.

The highlight of the shortened 2020 spring season, pushed back due to the cancellation of all fall championships by the NCAA in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, came in non-conference play, however, as the Patriots knocked off Division I Stephen F. Austin by a 1-0 final on Feb. 5, 2021. Webb led the Patriots through a unique shortened spring campaign following that upset-win over Stephen F. Austin, culminating in the program's first appearance in the Lone Star Conference Women's Soccer Championship Tournament. 

UT Tyler fell by a 2-1 decision at the hands of Midwestern State in that debut in the opening round of the 2021 Spring LSC Women's Soccer Championships, and will look to earn the right back into the conference postseason tournament in the fall of 2021 as full-fledged Division II members. Priscilla Rincon joined 2019 selection Camri Cecil as the first two All-Lone Star Conference selections in program history following that 2021 spring campaign.

Cecil was named an All-LSC Third Team selection after the first season of Lone Star Conference competition for the Patriots in 2019, and helped lead UT Tyler to a 4-8-1 mark in league play. Webb proved that it will only be a matter of time before the Patriots reclaim their winning ways at the Division II level, securing wins in three out of the final four contests of the 2019 season.

The Division III dominance by the Patriots culminated in some of the best seasons in program history in the final few years prior to the beginning of the transition, highlighted by the NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances in 2014-15. The 2015 season proved to be the best in program history after a 17-1-2 overall record and undefeated 9-0-0 record in league play. UT Tyler captured the program's first-ever ASC Regular Season Championship and for the second-consecutive season, advanced to the NCAA Division III Tournament. Webb was named NSCAA West Region Coach of the Year in 2015 and ASC Coach of the Year for the second straight season. 

Monzingo was named NSCAA First Team All-American and Strother was named to the second team during the same year to further highlight the success of the 2014-15 campaigns. Mozingo and Strother are one of three, alongside Brittany Matthews, to go on to the professional ranks following Webb's leadership at The University of Texas at Tyler.

The first national tournament bid for Webb and the Patriots came following a 13-3-2 overall mark in 2014 and the first of two straight years with an unbeaten record in ASC action with a 7-0-2 record. UT Tyler advanced to the ASC Championship match and Webb collected the second ASC Coach of the Year of her career.

Webb was named ASC Coach of the Year for the first time in 2012 after a tying a then-school record with 14 overall wins including 11 in ASC play. The Patriots finished as runner-up in the ASC regular season standings and in the conference tournament. 

The first season of full-time NCAA Division III membership for the Patriots came in 2007 with the team finishing the year with a 13-4-3 record. In conference play, they finished with a 9-1-3 mark and advanced to the ASC Championship match. Three Patriots received All-ASC First Team honors at the end of the season,

During her first two seasons at the helm, UT Tyler finished the transition to full-time NCAA Division III status and was not eligible for NCAA tournament competition. During those two years, the Patriots recorded a 22-12-2 record, which included an 18-7-1 record against ASC opponents. A total of 13student-athletes were named to the all-conference teams during Webb's first two years with Dausha Hudack being named First Team All-ASC in 2006. 

Prior to taking over the Patriots' women's soccer program in 2005, Webb was also the Senior Woman's Administer at the University of Dallas for eight seasons in addition to serving as the head women's coach and director of soccer, while amassing a record of 91-46-6.

Webb graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 2003 and currently resides in Lindale, Texas with her husband James.
