JACKSON, Mississippi - The UT Tyler Volleyball team defeated Belhaven on Friday night, improving to 21-1 on the season. 

The win pushed UT Tyler's winning streak to 16 games along with a season sweep of Belhaven. 

SET 1: #17 UT Tyler 25 - Belhaven 13
The Patriots pulled ahead 5-2 early in the first set on Friday night before stretching the lead to 14-7 as Belhaven used their first timeout. The Patriots pushed their lead to 12 before recording the set-point ahead 25-13. 

SET 2: #17 UT Tyler 25 - Belhaven 20
Despite opening the set on a 4-0 run, UT Tyler found themselves down 13-18 in the second set on Friday night. The Patriots would rally to score 13 of the last 15 points in the set, claiming a 25-20 win and opening a 2-0 lead in the match. 

SET 3: #17 UT Tyler - Belhaven 20
The third set saw UT Tyler and Belhaven play to a 17-17 draw in the late goings of the match. UT Tyler would open a 21-20 lead before recording the final four points of the set, claiming their 21st win of the season.
