ABILENE, Texas - The UT Tyler Women's Soccer team took on the nation's #9 team in Hardin-Simmons on Saturday. The Patriots fell 0-6, moving to 6-2-1 overall.
Hardin-Simmons opened the game with five goals in the first half, taking the lead into the half.
An 85th minute goal for Hardin-Simmons made it a six-goal deficit for UT Tyler.
The Patriots were contained offensively, putting up three shots.

Korey Cyr, and
Kaycee West each recorded a shot on goal.
UT Tyler is back in action next Thursday, hosting Sul Ross at The Citizens 1st Bank-Perkins Soccer Complex. Kick-off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
