TYLER, Texas -- The UT Tyler softball team joins forces with Texas A&M-Commerce to host the TAMUC/UT Tyler Invitational, an eight-team tournament featuring 18 games over three days this weekend.  UT Tyler hosts nine of the 18 contests, while the other nine will take place at A&M-Commerce.

The Patriots opened the 2020 campaign with a perfect 5-0 start last weekend, earning the distinction of 2020 Desert Stinger Classic champion, and they'll open their 25-game home schedule with five home contests this weekend as part of the TAMUC/UT Tyler Invitational.
