Box Score 2 WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- After falling to NCAA Division II's No. 25-ranked Southern Arkansas in Friday's morning match, the UT Tyler men's tennis team outlasted MSU Denver for a 4-3 win in a match that lasted over 6 hours to close out a grueling day.
The Patriots picked up the doubles point against Southern Arkansas, but after losing the doubles point against MSU Denver, UT Tyler had to win 4 of the 6 singles matches. That's exactly what they did, picking up the win to improve to 2-4 on the season heading into a Saturday afternoon matchup against Southwest Baptist (Mo.).
