THE 2024-25 INDOOR SEASON
Â
Last season, both the men's and women's programs finished fourth at the LSC Indoor Championships, with the men's result marking their best finish since joining the Lone Star Conference. The Patriots leaned on All-LSC Team and All-South Central honoreesÂ
Bracie Vaughn,Â
Aerin Thompson, andÂ
Juliane Frueh to secure a significant portion of the women's points, whileÂ
Ashton Turner,Â
Dylan Bennett, andÂ
Landon Smith delivered strong performances on the men's side to help propel the Patriots forward.
Thompson (400 meters) and the 4x400 meter relay team of Hannah Lakin, Kamaria Carr, Kymia Woodard, and Thompson went on to qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships, where Thompson placed 16th in the 400 and the relay team finished seventh. It also marked the second consecutive year Thompson qualified in the 400 meters. On the men's side, Bennett (200 meters), Turner (60 hurdles), and the 4x400 meter relay team of Caleb Williams, Wiliam Davis, Landon Smith, and Turner qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships. This was the first time in program history that multiple athletes for the men's side qualified for the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships.
SOME NEW, SOME FAMILIAR
Â
The Patriots will set their eyes on the indoor season with some new faces as well as some strong returners. Thompson, Frueh,Â

Kaitlynn Johnson,Â
Zakaiya Hunte,Â
Aalliyah Francis, andÂ
Nina Allmark as they look to help make an immediate impact.
Â
For the men, they return several big names includingÂ
Brandon Arenas,Â
Dylan Bennett,Â
Caleb Williams,Â
Landon Smith, andÂ
William Davis as they look to continue their strong careers thus far. They will lead a cast of newcomers that features standoutsÂ
Kaden Adams,Â
Dameon Smith Jr,,Â
Preston Ayers, andÂ
Grayson Williams as the Patriots continue to look to vault themselves into conference championship contention.Â
