RANKINGS UPDATE
 
The fift week of the ITA Computerized Rankings dropped on Wednesday, and the Patriots moved to #6 in the men's ranking and to #36 in the women's ranking.
 
Samuel Antwi now moves up to #9 in the singles rankings, along with teammates Malo Poulesquen (#23), Artiom Dorofeev (#45), and Carel Wessel (#71). In doubles, the pair of Wessel and Felker are ranked #13 in the latest rankings and teammates Poulesquen and Dorofeev check in at #41.
 
On the women's side, Yona Bancarel is ranked #12 in singles, and pairs with teammate Natalia Gorzny for the #21 ranked doubles pair.
 
THE FALL SLATE
 
The fall slate was one of the best of the Division II era for the program, with both teams sending players to the ITA Cup. The women's pair of Natalia Gorzny and Yona Bancarel became the first Patriots women to represent the program at the ITA Cup in the Division II era, and the doubles pair of Daniil Felker and Carel Wessel along with singles player Malo Poulesquen represented the men.
 
Gorzny and Bancarel finished 2-1 on the week, Felker and Wessel went 1-2, and Poulesquen also finished 2-1.
 
THE LOBOS
 
The Patriots begin their weekend with a matchup against Sul Ross State on Thursday.
 
The men's team is 0-7 on the season and are 0-3 in LSC play. They have not won a point in any of their matches thus far this season.
 
The women's team is 0-7 on the season and are also 0-3 in LSC play. They have won just one point on the season, coming via Madalyn Marquez in singles.
 
THE MUSTANGS
 
Western New Mexico's men's team is 5-6 on the year and 1-1 in LSC action with a win over Sul Ross State. David Guta is the team's best player in singles, going 5-1 on the year with three of those wins coming in the #5 line. In doubles, he pairs with teammate Benjamin Vriends to post a 7-3 record, with six of those wins coming in the #2 line.
 
On the women's side, the team is 4-7 on the season and 1-1 in LSC action, also with a win over Sul Ross State. Eva Guta is pacing them in singles with four wins, including a perfect 3-0 record in the #4 line. In doubles, she pairs with teammate Josefina Bailetti for a 3-2 record, with two wins in the #1 line.
