LAST TIME OUT
Â
The Patriots last competed two weekends ago at the Indoor Gorilla Classic. In that meet, the Patriots trounced a slew of school records and posted several NCAA provisional marks on their way to a fantastic finish. In total, seven school records fell over the two day meet and the Patriots established five new NCAA provisional marks.

WHAT COACH KAISER IS SAYING
Â
On this week's event: "I think we are clicking where we need to be. Everybody's attitudes are great. I think we are right where we need to be heading into this meet."
Â
On the mentality for this meet: "I think it takes some pressure off when you chase other people. The intensity stays up for us at practice and I think it just loosens them up when you just worry about crossing the line first, not crossing the line in a certain time."
Â
On those athletes with provisional mark: "I think those kids need to just show up. The Lone Star Conference is no joke, so if those kids show up and compete and give big efforts they will be right in the thick of it. They're going to have to compete really really hard and if they do that, they'll get there."
