TYLER, TEXAS – UT Tyler men's tennis will be the #3 seed in the NCAA Round of 16 as announced Wednesday.
 
The Patriots will make their fourth straight appearance in the NCAA Round of 16, one for each year of their Division II eligibility.
 
UT Tyler will take on #14 seed Edinboro in the first round, a matchup that will take place at 11 a.m. central time on May 20 at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
 
The winner of that contest will face the winner of #6 seed Azusa Pacific and #11 seed North Georgia.
 
UT Tyler punched their ticket to the NCAA Round of 16 by taking down #3 seed in the South Central Region Midwestern State in dramatic fashion.
