Lucy Kate Smith have been named Honorable Mention All-American by the Women's Golf Coaches Association on Wednesday.
The pair join
Martha Laremark on the All-American teams, as the senior Swede was named to the First Team back in May. The trio also picks up an All-West Region nod, marking the first time since 2014-15 and first time in the Division II era that the program had at least three All-Americans and three All-Region selections in the same season.
Taguines, who hails from Paranaque City, Philippines, adds a second All-American honor to her resume after being named to the First Team in 2025. She finished the season ranked #39 nationally in the Scoreboard rankings and ninth regionally. She posted a 73.8 adjusted scoring average over 12 events with seven top 10 finishes, including a fourth place finish at the NCAA West Regional.
Smith, a freshman from Prosper, Texas, adds her first All-American nod to the All-Freshman Team honor from the WGCA back in May. She finished the year ranked #70 nationally and #20 regionally in the Scoreboard rankings. She posted a 74.7 scoring average over 12 events while recording a pair of individual titles at both The Southern Invite and the Emerald Coast Collegiate.
