The six-team field has been announced for the 2025 Lone Star Conference Women's Tennis Championship, which will be held May 1-3 (Thursday-Saturday) at Arlington Tennis Center in Arlington, Texas. StMU (17-2 overall) is the No. 1 seed and claimed a share of the LSC regular season title – their second in program history (2022) – with a 9-1 record. The Rattlers secured the top spot by topping Midwestern State 4-3 on the road on the last day of the regular season. StMU enters the event on a league-best seven-match winning streak. StMU won the tourney title in 2023 and 2022.

MSU (20-2, 9-1 LSC) is the No. 2 seed and won a piece of the regular season conference title for sixth time in program history. The Mustangs have won this event a league-high five times (2019-2017 and 2015-2014).

StMU and MSU both earned a first-round bye and will begin in the semifinals on Friday.

LCU (14-6, 7-3 LSC) is the No. 3 seed and will face No. 6 seed DBU (19-4, 6-4 LSC) in the quarterfinals Thursday at Noon CT. The winner will face MSU on Friday at 1 p.m. CT.

UT Tyler (16-9, 7-3 LSC) is the No. 4 seed and will take on No. 5 seed Texas A&M-Kingsville (12-7, 6-4 LSC) in the quarterfinals at Noon CT. The victor will battle StMU on Friday at 1 p.m.
